RJM CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES. INC. provides Construction Management Services directly to the client. From the initial design review, estimating, budgeting, Value engineering, preparation of contract documents, soliciting of qualified sub contractors and over all project supervision and management.

Working on a flat fee basis, cost plus or shared savings the intent is to provide the best qualified services at a controlled cost to the client.

GENERAL CONTRACTING.

RJM Construction, competitively bids to both the public and private sectors for both residential and commercial projects at a Lump Sum quotation.

Our work has included a multitude of projects from hospital facilities, Historical renovations, library's, schools, multi family housing, condos, apartment buildings and student housing.

We only use reputable and qualified sub contractors if not self performing the work.

We utilize both union and non union trades.

RJM Construction provides services directly to the owner, from consulting services to include value engineering, budget review, inspection services and over view. 

Providing services to lenders and financial institutions reviewing and approving,contract documents, budgets, and requisitions.

Specializing in the preparation and negotiation of construction related insurance claims.
